Wedding Planning Services Overview
All packages include a free initial consultation to ensure that we can meet every client's individual needs. Details of all packages are explained during our consultation and we will provide a custom detailed quote after our meeting. Packages include unlimited email and telephone inquires, ceremony rehearsal and day-of direction, and at least 2 team members from A Delightful Day on the day of your event.

Peony
Our Peony package is the largest, unlimited package that we offer. It’s differences include but not limited to: Unlimited meetings, full design consultation, RSVP management, welcome bag assembly and delivery, full rehearsal dinner design, planning and coordination, attending bride’s final fitting appointment to learn bustle, up to 14 hours on wedding day, 1 additional event assistant, and 1 personal VIP bridal attendant to assist with dressing and more. Hydrengea
The Hydrengea package has 9 consultation meetings, including wedding design consultation, but does not include any of the above additional bonus features of the Peony package. The event director is on site for a total of 10 hours with at least one additional coordinator. Starting at $4,550
Gardenia
The Gardenia is our partial package for clients who have begun their planning process and are needing a planner to jump into the process with them to guide and direct them through the rest of their planning tasks. 5 consultation meetings are included. Starting at $3,200
Magnolia
The Magnolia is our Month of Coordination package. We step in for the final weeks of your wedding planning to help organize the wedding day timeline, confirm vendors and coordination for rehearsal and day of. You have the option of adding personal coaching sessions to better prepare you for own vendor meetings during the planning process. Starting at $1,750
A La Carte Hourly Services
$75.00/hour
This service is for the bride that has done her “homework” but just needs a little help with some of the details. We can meet with you at any point in the planning process - whether it is guidance on where to begin, budget planning, or assistance in finalizing the details that only a professional and experienced wedding planner would know, our hourly services can be extremely beneficial to you. This a la carte wedding planning service is available at $75.00 per hour with a $150.00 minimum.
